Traffic Coordinator acts as a Liaison between Account Services and Creative, coordinating and communicating pertinent information to all team members. Traffic is the nerve center of the agency -- developing project estimates, scheduling all jobs, assigning creative/development teams, distributing work requests, and monitoring internal time. Traffic manages the daily workflow of projects from conception through completion, ensuring that deadlines are met.

- Manage and oversee the timely flow of multiple projects from conception through completion in the department’s work queue.
- Confer with key team members to develop, project plans, milestones and required tasks for each project.
- Develop and maintain time sensitive, up-to-date project timelines.
- Serve as a key liaison between Account Services and Creative to ensure continuity, quality and accuracy of all projects.
- Follow up to ensure project goals are being met and provide direction and insightful solutions to issues when needed.
- Maintain overall quality by reviewing and proofing all materials prior to routing and release.
- Excellent organization and communication skills, with an exceptional eye for detail.
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written, oral and proofreading skills a must.
- Strong computer skills are required, familiar with InDesign and Acrobat.
- Demonstrated ability to work as a team player.
- Proactive self-starter that can maintain an upbeat, positive attitude.
- Must be able to diplomatically enforce deadlines and juggle rapidly changing projects.
- Must be able to solve problems in an efficient and professional manner.
