The Production Coordinator serves as the critical liaison between Account Services and Creative Services, ensuring seamless communication and coordination of all creative projects within the agency. Acting as the nerve center of the organization, this role is responsible for assigning creative and development teams, distributing work requests, and managing the daily workflow of projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all deadlines are met with precision and efficiency.
The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with a "can-do" attitude, capable of working independently while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor. They are flexible to change, highly organized, resourceful, and possess strong problem-solving skills. - Oversee and manage the timely progression of multiple projects from initiation to completion within the department’s workflow.
- Develop project plans, milestones, and required tasks in collaboration with key team members.
- Maintain and update time-sensitive project timelines to ensure all deliverables remain on schedule.
- Act as the primary liaison between Account Services and Creative Services to ensure continuity, quality, and accuracy of all projects.
- Follow up to ensure project goals are met while providing direction and solutions to potential issues.
- Maintain overall quality by reviewing and proofing all materials before routing and final release.
Qualifications / Specific Skill Requirements:
- Strong computer proficiency, including expertise in Acrobat and Google Suite, with a deep understanding of Google Sheets.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a team player.
- Proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to enforce deadlines diplomatically and manage multiple, rapidly changing projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot challenges efficiently and professionally.
- Commitment to quality, demonstrating a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Additional Information:
This is an in-office position requiring consistent collaboration with team members and stakeholders to maintain workflow efficiency and project success.
