Position: Wordpress Developer Reports to: Creative Director
JOB BRIEF Romph Pou Agency is looking for an experienced WordPress Developer that will be responsible for both backend and front-end development, including creating WordPress themes and plugins, coding, designing, and layout of Wordpress websites along with the motivation to introduce and implement web policies and procedures for the company. We are looking for someone that is a self-motivater and has no problem taking lead on ideas from project managers and the creative director to ensure that final products adhere to predetermined budgets, scope, and designs. Responsibilities for the position include building websites from concept all the way to completion from the bottom up, building everything from the site layout and function to ADA compliances. Experience in a combination of graphic design skills and technical computer skills is a must. In addition to functionality, sites and security, this position occasionally needs to be able to pitch employers or clients a prototype of a website to help them understand what the finished product will be, and maintain websites as features need to be added or updated.
